A Sacramento high school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of sexual-related charges with a minor.
Ramon Rosales, 49, a John F. Kennedy High School special education teacher, was arrested on two misdemeanor charges of unlawful touching of a juvenile.
Yolo County sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Matthew Davis said that about 6 p.m. July 17 a state Department of Fish and Wildlife warden came upon a parked vehicle on a side of Old River Road between Woodland and West Sacramento.
He requested the assistance of deputies after allegedly interrupting the acts of a sexual nature involving the teacher and the teen inside the vehicle, Davis said. Rosales was arrested by deputies.
He was booked into Yolo County jail and later released. Davis said that the investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
